1. What this site is

ChinaMed Access is an independent logistics and information resource for people travelling to China for medical care. We explain entry routes, how to identify hospitals with international departments, how to book appointments, how payment and insurance usually work, and how to plan recovery stays.

2. No medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

All content is general information for planning purposes. It is not medical advice, and it cannot replace an assessment by a qualified clinician. Where a page describes a condition or procedure, it describes the administrative and logistical process around that care, not whether the care suits you.

3. Prices and policies change

International medical services in China are independently priced (market-regulated); there is no single national official tariff. Hospital fees, visa rules and contact details change frequently. Figures here are planning references and carry a “Last verified” date. Confirm them directly with the hospital's international department or the relevant authority before making commitments.

4. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site aggressively, misrepresent our content as clinical guidance, or use it to solicit patients under false claims of medical endorsement.

5. Third-party links

We link to official and public sources (for example the National Immigration Administration). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

6. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, ChinaMed Access is not liable for decisions made, costs incurred, or outcomes arising from use of this information. You are responsible for verifying all details with the relevant official source and your own clinicians.
